About Samuel

SAMUEL T. REDDY is an authority in career transition and leadership progression for Foreign and Commonwealth citizens in the UK and around the World. He is the CEO of the LTL Academy, a military-style accredited training and development organisation working in partnership with several universities and business schools across the UK, Asia and Africa. He is the author of the acclaimed bestselling book ‘LEAVERS TO LEADERS‘ and is a scholar in leadership transition, associate faculty member & principal lecturer on career strategy. He is a regular speaker on the LOS Cast for change, strategy & leadership and a guest columnist for various military magazines. As a strategic consultant, he works with numerous companies in the UK and abroad who are now using his accelerator programme ‘Leavers to Leaders’ to enable their people and teams to transition into better roles. As a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), he believes mid-career leaders have the potential to solve some of the world’s biggest problems so people, places, and the planet can flourish. LTL Academy is a group of academics and former highly valued military leaders who deploy to develop teams and impact organisations. He now serves in the regular reserve, having had roles on the front line in logistics and liaison. In 2023, he founded Op Belonging as a social and well-being arm for Commonwealth & Gurkha citizens to better integrate and become economically inclusive in England, Wales and Scotland. Together with his wife and three daughters, they develop youth literacy via the Sugarcane Boy bookclubs in five remote commonwealth regions. They live in Hampshire, UK.
